I was invited to participate in a group show in Yonkers, New York for their annual Arts festival.
Yonkers Arts Weekend is a celebration of the thriving and diverse arts community in the City of Yonkers. On Friday, May 1st, Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd, more than 300 local, regional and international artists, artisans, painters, fashion designers, photographers, sculptors, craftsmen, musicians, filmmakers, new media specialists, and other artists will converge on Yonkers to showcase their work at Yonkers Arts Weekend.
I created a brand new neon installation for a raw pop-up gallery which showcased a variety of Brooklyn artists. The Hudson waterfront space mixed art and commerce by creating a faux indoor green-space which featured a miniature sculpture garden and bistro. If you didn't catch this show in Yonkers, I will have my installation shown for Bushwick Open Studios Weekend, so make sure to come by!
